Q. How does the recruitment process work?

The process is conducted in the following order:
Document Screening → First Interview → Second Interview → Final Acceptance and Compensation Discussion.

Each stage of the process usually takes about 1 to 3 weeks on average,
though the timeline may vary depending on the position and internal scheduling.

• For some positions, an additional interview or assignment screening may be required.
• The schedule may change depending on the external candidate pool for each position and internal circumstances.

Q. How can I check the results for each stage of the hiring process? 

After each stage is completed, we announce the results via Phone or email.

• For coding tests and interviews, we contact applicants individually to arrange the schedule.
• For development positions, a coding test may be required,
  and details will be provided along with the document screening result.
• Depending on the position, more than three interviews may be proposed.

Q. Can I edit my application after final submission?

Once the application has been finally submitted, it cannot be modified.
Please make sure to review all information, including your application form, before submission.

If there is an error in your application information,
please contact the assigned recruiter listed in the recruitment notification E-mail.

They will guide you through the relevant process,
such as correcting your information or deleting your application history. 

(*If any submitted information is found to be false, your employment may be canceled.)

Q. What format are interviews conducted in, and who attends them? 

In principle, interviews are conducted in person.
However, depending on the number of applicants and the circumstances of the position,
interviews may be conducted online.

Interview schedules are provided individually via phone or E-mail.
Once you reply with your available time from the suggested options,
the final schedule will be confirmed.

The first interview (practical interview) is attended by working-level staff and leaders
from the relevant department and focuses on job-related competencies and experience.

The second interview (executive interview) is attended by key executives,
who assess organizational fit and values through various questions.

Q. What should I do if none of the proposed interview times work for me? 

Please email the assigned recruiter to request a schedule change,
and we will provide alternative available time slots.

Q. I left an inquiry after final submission, but I have not received a reply.  

Each position is assigned to a recruiter,
and after checking the details left through the inquiry section,
they will respond during recruiter working hours (09:00–18:00).

Depending on the nature of the inquiry, internal confirmation may be required,
so the reply may be delayed.

Q. Is it possible to reapply or apply for multiple positions?

Reapplication is possible, but if you were previously rejected,
we recommend applying again for a similar position after six months.

If you are reapplying for a similar position,
please focus on describing what has changed since your initial application.

You may apply for multiple positions at the same time,
but each position will go through a separate hiring process.

Before being finally accepted for two or more positions,
we will confirm which position you intend to join.

Q. Is there anything I need to prepare for the interview,  such as dress code or supporting documents? 

There is no strict dress code for interviews,
but we recommend wearing neat and appropriate attire that presents you well for the interview setting.

For qualifications that are essential for the position, the assigned recruiter will request 

supporting documents in advance via Phone or E-mail before or after the interview.
